All items returned must be unused, unwashed and in NEW condition with tags and original packaging intact.

All sales are final on clearance items. No refunds and exchanges will be issued.

Need To Return An Item?
If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Print and fill out the return order form which was sent with your purchase. You may also find this on our website.

Step 2: Collect the item(s) you wish to return (please be sure to include all packaging and labels) and place them in the original shipping box, or an appropriately sized box or envelope. Be sure to package the items so that they arrive intact.

PLEASE NOTE: Items returned MUST be in immaculate resellable condition, in the original product packaging with all hang tags intact - otherwise a credit will not be issued. Washed, worn, stained or items determined to have been used by the consumer will not be accepted.

Step 3: Insert the completed return or exchange form in the box/envelope.

Step 5: Send the item through your local postal outlet or courier of choosing. You will be responsible for return shipping charges so be sure to get a tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: We will refuse any packages sent COD.

Resolution: You can expect that your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be issued (minus shipping fees). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is delivered to us.
